Empowering Black Health: Advocacy, Access, Action
The Health Committee of the NAACP Arlington Branch #6298 works to eliminate health disparities that disproportionately affect Black communities and other underserved populations. We believe that health justice is civil rights work.
We advocate for accessible, affordable, and culturally competent care across all ages—especially addressing chronic illness, mental health, environmental injustices, and preventive screening access for Black men and women in our community.
